At Walk In Faith, every order is made with care. Because many of our products are made to order, we ask that you review this policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Have all original tags attached.

Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Customized or personalized products.

Items marked as Final Sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

A description of the issue.

Clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We offer exchanges for unworn items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund once the original item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item is defective.

The wrong item was shipped.

The item was damaged during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Walk In Faith is not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
