Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3-14 business days before shipping.

During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. If significant delays occur, we will do our best to notify you.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Walk In Faith may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Walk In Faith is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Walk In Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the damaged item.

  • Photos of the shipping packaging.

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
